✨ What’s Included:
✔️ 1–2 planning meetings during the final month
✔️ Final vendor confirmations & communication
✔️ Customized wedding day timeline and layout
✔️ Rehearsal coordination
✔️ Full day-of management (up to 12 hours) — from setup to tear-down
✔️ Me as your point person for all vendor arrivals, deliveries, and setup
✔️ Emergency kit stocked and ready (because stuff happens!)
✔️ Managing the wedding party and cueing everyone for ceremony entrances
✔️ Coordinating transitions throughout the day (first look, dinner, speeches, dances, etc.)
✔️ Keeping things on schedule while being flexible when needed
✔️ Setting out personal decor, signage, favors, etc.
✔️ Packing up gifts and personal items at the end of the night
✔️ Candid behind-the-scenes photos and video clips throughout the day — shared with you so you can relive the sweet little moments right away 💕

By night (and weekends!), I dive into my passion—planning and coordinating events that bring people together and create lasting memories. 📝❤️

I’ve lived in this amazing community for the past 10 years and have spent many of those years helping family and friends plan weddings, showers, birthdays, and backyard celebrations. Before working in education, I also ran a photo booth business and have a strong background in customer service and hospitality.

Now, I’m turning my love for planning into something bigger—and I’m so excited to be booking clients for 2025 (and beyond)!
